Overview
The Réseau national des collèges doctoraux (RNCD – France PhD) is the main academic association for doctoral studies in France. It brings together 39 doctoral schools and represents more than 80% of the country's PhD students.
The RNCD works to:
- Promote the exchange of ideas, experience and best practices in doctoral education
- Strengthen the recognition and visibility of the PhD among public and private stakeholders, at national and international levels
